The tasks ahead of us are not only to educate and practice the philosophy of QC, but also to develop large number of faculty who shall in turn multiply our activities by manifold in future and meet the growing needs of customized training for the industries and for the society at large.

We are proud to say Kolkata Chapter is privileged to enter into some important MOUs with such prestigious organisations/ Institutions as the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Westinghouse Saxby Farmer Limited, KAIL Limited (Videocon Group) and with Calcutta Business School – world standard Management School.  So this is a great privilege for Kolkata Chapter to propagate phisophy and practice Quality Circle other allied Quality Concepts under the umbrella of Total Quality Management.

This year our Our Annual Chapter Convention CCQC 2012) was held on 6th September 2012 at Taj Bengal, Kolkata. It was a grand success as far as participation was concerned.  We are happy to note the keen interest shown by the participants from all over India in the presentations of their case studies and participating in other creative competitions as is held each year by Kolkata Chapter.  So, they become eligible for appearing at the National Convention – NCQC 2012 which is organized by our Headquarters at Secunderabad.  This year NCQC 2012 is going to be held during 17th to 20th December 2012 at IIT, Kanpur.  We have already requested our member organisations to master strong at the ensuing National Convention at Kanpur. Both Chapter and Annual Conventions are the solid platforms wherein the delegates get a chance of expressing their ideas, solutions and interaction for the growth and prosperity in the industries and also for benchmarking their respective performances on all India Basis.
